故事叙述高中二年级的女主角・森野萤（大友花恋）和中学时候就暗恋的大高莲（甲斐翔真）及死党・山本栞(喜多乃爱)一起毕业旅行，却在途中发生巴士意外。萤醒来之后，眼前出现一位全身黑衣的男子"小黑"（小关裕太）告诉她说，她已经死了。小黑并告诉萤说，如果她未能在死后的49天内消除3项对人世的依恋，她将会变成地缚灵。于是，在时间只剩下19天的情况下，萤便在小黑的陪伴下开始解起自己的3项遗愿。然而，在3项遗愿都解完之后，小黑却告诉了萤一个意想不到的事实。

Morino Hotaru is a second year high school student who has had an unrequited crush on Otaka Ren since junior high school. One day, while on a school trip with Ren and her good friend Yamamoto Shiori, their bus gets into an accident. When Hotaru wakes up, a young man who is dressed fully in black appears in front of her. He is Kuro, a grim reaper.

Morino Hotaru es un estudiante de segundo año de secundaria que ha estado enamorado no correspondido de Otaka Ren desde la escuela secundaria. Un día, durante un viaje escolar con Ren y su buen amigo Yamamoto Shiori, su autobús sufre un accidente. Cuando Hotaru se despierta, un joven vestido completamente de negro aparece frente a ella.
