Remove "The House that Dragons Built" specials

Delete all the "The House that Dragons Built" special episodes as it is a separate series (https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/220437-the-house-that-dragon-built). The trailer description describes it as a "10-part docuseries" and has it as a separate series entry on the HBO website (https://www.hbo.com/the-house-that-dragons-built).

The House That Dragons Built was released in its entirety as extras linked to the respective episodes of House of the Dragon on HBO Max. It was only given a separate page on the HBO and HBO Max websites between Jan. 30, 2023 and Feb. 6, 2023, months after House of the Dragon, and the documentary, aired. I don't think it's eligible for a separate entry since I believe it has to be given a separate page at or near the time of airing, not months after, to be eligible for a separate entry on TMDB.
