There seems to only be one show on tvdb and imdb https://thetvdb.com/series/top-boy https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1830379
This one says it started in 2019 whereas everywhere else (including tmdb 41889) says 2011

Seems that this is a recurring issue, but considering the same cast follows through the seasons and all other databases count it as one, this show should be considered as one.

If you're following what the rebranding dictates then surely you should rename the older series as is done here: https://www.netflix.com/title/70236561

The Channel 4 series was not renamed while it was still on air; it was renamed by Netflix once they acquired it. "Top Boy: Summerhouse" can be added as an alternative title for the first entry if it hasn't already been added.
