OK, I'll admit it now, it sucks

Episode 5 was so bad that it made me thrown in the towel as I was desperately holding out into thinking that the previous garbage was just dips in quality but this episode was just too much to bear. So Vader can hold back a massive transporter with the force but I guess force power has a gas gauge and he blew his load on stopping the first transporter so he couldn't stop the second one. Dumbass 3rd Sister points out to Kenobi that Vader will see a backstab coming and what does she try? A backstab with NOTHING to keep him distracted. Tala gets a single blaster shot to the belly and dies yet 3rd Sister gets completely ran threw with a saber and survives? They send a 10 year old kid, who is royalty, to fix some techie shit? The writers think you are a complete moron or that only kids are watching.
Oh yeah, Hayden Christiansen looking like a 30 year old padawan. It didn't work fellas. 🙄

Your points are correct and you forgot to mention the angry Black woman that's not evil. Disney would never portray a Black person in a bad light.
But overall i enjoyed the series. Obi-Wan fighting Vader in the last episode was pretty nice and gave a nice closure for the series. And his relationship with Leia.

I was actually fooled into thinking that they were FINALLY going to let up on women and people of color of only being good guys with the introduction of 3rd Sister. Silly me not seeing that it was going to turn out that she was actually a good guy even though the first episode shows her hunting Jedi just so she can get close to Vader and flub the attempt.
By closure to the series are you referring to the prequel series?

Disney will keep on making spinoffs from their movies, and it's not only the Star Wars franchise. The MCU is another franchise with its 11th television series, "Ironheart (2023-)", kind of a spinoff from "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022)".
