Look. I know you can't have everything. But bloopers from say the pilot ep would have the greatest of all. There are none from that. Plenty of bloopers from the show's 11 year run and thus all phases early, middle and late. Mash bloopers frequently made many bloopers video tapes sold in the 80s and 90s in stores.
