This is the last episode of season one and it is just one mishap after another.

Bette loses the election for Mayor to her conniving rival Milner, who is not content with only defeating her, but also wants to humilate her even more by setting her up in a dirty scheme.

Still reeling from this all, Bette and her daughter Angie take some time off to a silent retreat. Maya, the reporter, turns up and asks Bette for a date.

Quiara has a miscarriage, and after a heated discussion with Shane, breaks up with her. Will they finally divorce?

Micah is at an art show, where Jose's painting of Micah is revealed. Then he finds out that Jose is married to Scott and he walks away, devastated.

When Dani asks Sophie to elope with her to Hawaii, she reluctantly agrees.

Later, Sophie gives in to her feelings for Finley and they have a very intimate encounter.

Afterwards, Finley is confused about her feelings for Sophie and thinks she might have hurt the relationship between Sophie and Dani. After talking it over with Rebecca, she decides to leave Los Angeles. Later, at Alice show, she tells Sophie that she's going to her sister's wedding in Missouri.

Life is finally looking up for Alice. Her show is not being can cancelled yet, and while the special guest Roxane Gay smiles, Nat promises Alice that she'll stay with her and leave Gigi. Then they kiss.

Meanwhile, Shane finds a dog on the street, Bette is having dinner with Maya, and Angie and Jordi are at home listening to music.

At the airport Sophie starts doubting her hasty decision. Both Dani and Finley are there waiting to board their plane.

Sophie starts running, towards who?

Does she still love Dani or should she go after Finley?
