Interesting to see that the series has a 82 rating (so far) here and 3.4 on the other site that shall not be named. I suppose not many have had a chance to rate it on this site yet, though.

The series did manage to garner a surprisingly ample amount of dislike and hate long before the first episode was released and I suppose the trailer and synopsis has a lot to do with it:

"Kate Kane, armed with a passion for social justice and a flair for speaking her mind, soars onto the streets of Gotham as Batwoman, an out lesbian and highly trained street fighter primed to snuff out the failing city's criminal resurgence."

It's funny how the real synopsis of the series sounds like it was written by some 4chan troll trying to make fun of the series.

I tried watching the pilot but couldn't finish it. The writing is so cringe and the acting so bad that I feel like I'm losing brain cells watching it.

Not to mention the whole pandering to the PC crowd and comically hipocrisy of the protagonist.

I'm getting tired of the Alice arc. I just saw Feb 16 Batwoman. Argghhh! I didn't like the ending.
