Has this series been officially released in China mainland?

The work has not been officially released in mainland China yet, but other applications (such as Emby) rely on the multi-language names on TMDB to display the corresponding Chinese names in the application. Therefore, even for works that have not been officially released, it should be possible to use corresponding names translated by the public or official Chinese names from other regions using simplified Chinese.

It's not released in CN, but the chinese name filed should not be locked with empty string.

It should be locked empty, as only titles officially used for a release should be listed.

This caused scrapers like Plex, Empy or Jellyfin matched to other languages, just unlock the translation field can fix this awful experience.

Simplified Chinese titles are available on the zh-SG translation page, as Disney+ is available there.

Agreed with you, so the whole zh-CN page should be removed as it's not released in CN, and we should use zh-SG as a fallback language
