I do love a mystery and this certainly delivers on that so far!
I just wish Disney had dropped all nine episodes at once.

I just finished posting how SH*TY it is! lol. Different strokes for different folks...this definitely would've benefited from dropping the entire season or maybe 5 episodes vs the two 1950s episodes....and it was a MAJOR chore for me to sit through THOSE! Yes, I'm a bit curious who's reaching out to her..and what the bee keeper is all about....but the FLUFF I had to sit through...Vision acting like he was drunk from chewing gum!??! Ugh...no, no, no! there's cringe and then there's MAJOR F***KING CRINGE! No thanks!
But you enjoy it! Too many more more interesting show to watch on my other streamers! 30 Coins on HBO, here I come!

I loved the third episode, one for bringing Wiccan (Billy) and Speed (Tommy) into the MCU, also lifted the veil quite a lot about what was actually happening (with what went on with Geraldine/Monica Rambeau). I've been loving the show so far, because of all the many Easter Eggs that delve into Wanda's psyche (the toaster being analogous to the Stark bomb which nearly killed her and her brother, the reference to Barron Strücker and Hydra who gave her powers, plus many more).
I grew up on old sitcoms (so did probably Wanda in Sakovia), so I loved the recreations of those shows . Episode 1 = 1950's sitcoms like the Dick Van Dyke Show, Episode 2 = 1960s sitcoms like Bewitched, Episode 3 = 1970s sitcoms like Mary Tyler Moore Show.

I'm surprised you bothered with it at all, I didn't think you liked the MCU.

I think the problem for me is I'm a fan but a casual fan. I've seen all the movies and love them. All I see here are easter eggs I have to spend time looking up to understand. And sitcom episodes that aren't funny or entertaining. That's always been my gripe with Marvel. You can't miss a movie or show. The episodes just don't seem to stand on their own. It's like each episode is a snippet they put at the end of the credits. And I would love the show to be some sort of The Prisoner where they're desperately trying to escape somewhere they don't know anything about. So I guess this show isn't for anyone but die-hard Marvel fans. I remember growing up I had a buddy that LOVED Star Trek. We went to one of the movies and we both hated it. Then he said, "well, I'm looking forward to seeing it again!" A technical marvel but heartless. But no problem if you love it, it's just not for me. I hope I don't miss any clues for the future Marvel stories by skipping it.

Well said sir! I'm not completely against one interconnecting season that tells ONE big story vs a "villian of the week" type-show with balls to the wall action, but THIS one....the slow build to her situation...sitting through a fake 50s sitcom complete with annoying f*ing laughtrack! Ugh! And Paul Bettany is a damn fine actor, he deserves better...the moment I knew I'd stop watching was when he chewed the gum and it got stuck in his stomach "gears"...and he acts drunk from it...f*** me! And isn't this Wanda's "fabricated" Universe?! We're seeing standalone Vision stories in it?!? Whatever..I'm sure MCU fans will come up with some kind of lame defense.
@GusGorman yes, I'm #TeamDC , but a comic book fan REGARDLESS! I even think Infinity War is one of the best comic book movies EVER (EndGame...not so much), Wandavision was a BAD intro to MCU TV.

I will say the two leads are excellent. Bettany really has one of those lanky sitcom dad bods like Dick Van Dyke. It just doesn't work for me.

(Episode 4)
"So you're saying the universe created a sitcom starring two Avengers?"
No Special Agent Jimmy Woo, it's all Wanda!
Excellent episode, the standout moments being the opening reverse dusting sequence and dead Vision 😱
... And Darcy!!!

So apparently it is all Wanda's work? She's the one creating this field since she can't cope with Vision's death?

She's had a lot of shit happen to her. Before she ever appeared in any Marvel show, she and her brother watch their parents die by a bombing, and then stared at a Stark Bomb for 2 days waiting for it to blow them up. In Age of Ultron, her brother was killed. She was then made a pariah and criminal in Captain America: Civil War. Then her boyfriend Vision was killed twice (once by her) in Infinity War where she was also dusted. So most of the events, especially Vision's death are still pretty recent in her mind (like less than 3 weeks, as Monica Rambeau was assigned to the case 3 weeks after she came back from the blip). I'd be actually more surprised if she hadn't mentally snapped by now.

(Episode 5) Holy Crap, Wanda! Also, first of the X-Men to make an appearance on the MCU!

Quicksilver, (Fo)X-Men style... What a shock ending!
Wanda seemed as surprised as I was, I wonder who was responsible for his appearance?
And who's the aerospace engineer that Rambeau refers to who’d "be up for this challenge"? There's some "fantastic" speculation online!
This show just gets better and better with each episode!

Youtubers tends to speculate to great heights, hence why people get so disappointed when they're wrong. Me, I'm thinking of someone more likely to be the aerospace engineer friend of Monica, a Skrull (probably Talos's daughter).

You'd think the logical move at this point would be to call in one of Wanda's Avenger pals to advise. Granted, most of them are dead but there's still Hawkeye and Antman (and Jimmy Woo knows him personally). If they can' t make the budget stretch to bring in Renner or Rudd, they can always bring in Old Man Cap...

Clint would be the best choice, cause Scott barely knows Wanda as they just met in Germany and was arrested immediately afterwards. Also like Clint, he chose not to escape with Captain America, but instead stay to get house arrest with their family. Clint is also the one Wanda is closest to next to Vision as Clint was sort of her mentor during the battle with Ultron. Lastly, he's an ex-Shield Agent.
Saying that, I'd say this is more a situation that Doctor Strange has more expertise, so that's who I'd call.

After a lot of thought, I believe it was Billy, who in the comics is also known as Wiccan and has the power to alter reality. He did it to make his mom happy (after her story about her brother she had told him earlier) and end his parent's argument. I also think Billy was responsible for he and his brother's rapid aging, and the transformation of the butterflies as well as the stork.
Also, Billy is Mephisto and this whole thing is a plot to make Wanda give birth to Rosemary's Baby! Just kidding, I don't actually believe that, but since the internet has pretty much named everyone on the show as Mephisto, I figured I might as well add another name to the bunch. 😜
