Are they playing with the timeline, or did I miss something about Luthen between dropping off Andor in episode 3 and meeting Mon Mothma in episode 4? How did he go from short, blonde hair to shaggy, gray hair in what has been less than 3 days in story? The only acknowledgement of his different looks I've found online is an article speculating that Luthen is doing drag when he meets Senator Mothma.
