概要
帝国の崩壊から約5年後、ファースト・オーダーが台頭する前の物語。この時代の銀河には中央政府が存在せず、始まったばかりの新共和国の法も銀河の辺境の開拓星には届かない。人々は自分の身は自分で守るしかなく、無法者たちは誰からも干渉されずに独自のルールで生きている。そんな時代にバウンティハンター（賞金稼ぎ）として生きる一匹狼の凄腕ガンファイター、マンダロリアンは、T字型バイザー付きマスクに象徴される惑星マンダロアの戦士のアーマーに身を包み、誰も寄せ付けないほどの圧倒的な強さを誇っていた。ある日マンダロリアンは、バウンティハンター・ギルドのリーダーであるグリーフ・カルガからある高額な報酬の仕事を依頼される。その仕事とは、ある標的を連れてくること。早速、目的地に向かったマンダロリアンだったが…
