Reported Problem for Perpetual Grace LTD

Extra Details: Some actors are shown on the cast page as appearing in 10 episodes, however, they are not listed anywhere, not in the show's regular cast, not at the episode level. Neither of them appeared in all 10 episodes. On-screen they all are credited as guest stars. But when I'm trying to add them as a guest star to the episode, I get a red error saying they are already added as cast. Which they are not.
Affected entries are Michael Chernus, Hana Mae Lee, Efren Ramirez, Kurtwood Smith, Timothy Spall, Dana DeLorenzo and Dash Williams.

Michael Chernus, Hana Mae Lee, Kurtwood Smith, and Timothy Spall are currently listed as part of the Regular Cast. They need to be removed from there before adding them as guest stars.
Efren Ramirez, Dana DeLorenzo, and Dash Williams needed to first be removed from the episodes they were added to in order to remove them from the Regular Cast section so they could be re-added as guest stars with the same character name.
I assume Michael Chernus, Hana Mae Lee, Kurtwood Smith, and Timothy Spall were added as guest stars and you removed them from the episodes they were added to. You needed to re-check the Regular Cast section after this to see if they re-appeared and remove them from there before trying to re-add them as guest stars. This used to happen when people were added to the Regular Cast section with the "Add To Every Season?" checkbox ticked and then added as guest stars to episodes of the same season.

Yeah, I removed them because the displayed number of appearances was incorrect for each of them. I will check the episodes and make sure they have proper listings. Thanks for the help.
