Extra Details: This episode doesn't exist in the original airing. The show's website says Episode 9 is the latest episode. Netflix, where I assume the English overviews were taken from, has 10 instead of 9 so it looks like they decided to re-cut them before adding the show, like they did with Money Heist.

It sure looks that way. According to RTVE, the original nine episodes all have a runtime over 60 minutes:
But the first nine episodes on Netflix are much shorter.
