Plot hole that doesn't make sense.

There's a plot hole that doesn't make sense in this show. It is revealed that the babies drink a special formula that prevents them from aging, but at the end of the movie you see both Timmy and the Boss Baby as grown men. Also, did the parents NAME the baby? They never refer to him by any name.
