Episode 13 is a bit tricky since the show released internationally on Netflix (created in Japan) with all 12 episodes+1 special at the same time.

Netflix even lists episode 13 as a special but is placed in the same season as the rest of the show.

I leave the decision on whether to move episode 13 into Specials or not in your good hands.
