I couldn't help but here all the debate about Phoenix AZ and their former sheriff's passion for illegal immigration. I remember hearing arguments made that Maricopa County is "not even a bordering county", thereby arguing that they did not have an illegal immigration problem. I don't claim to have great knowledge of the situation, nor do I live in the area, but the view of the smugglers about their "chain of custody, all on the same side" that reaches from Mexico directly into Phoenix (and then the rest of the USA) was chilling.

TBH, it's a shame we can't have more honest conversations (with less hateful interaction on all sides) dissecting the issues at play in such matters. While this series has little new to offer, it was--to my mind--straight off the front pages of our lives.
