I don't understand the issue; you link to an article that speculates on the international distribution of the first season. Titans was renewed for season two back in October, but since season 1 finale was just released at the end of December, it would be kind of early add any episodes to season 2 until we know a definite release date. Also, since the show is originally released on DC Universe, the release dates for Netflix doesn't really matter for our data purposes.
