It looks like he's trying to do for Alex Jones what Colbert did for O'Reilly. But it seems to me that the alt-reich is a much more shallow well to draw from.

It was often clumsy and the sketches were too repetitive, but I wish CC would bring back Larry Wilmore's show. The discussion panels were too short, and sometimes they sacrificed insight for jokes, but at least we got to hear unscripted opinions from real people on the front lines. The alt-reich's paranoid fantasies are just too tired and predictable to make for anything but dull parody.
