I've got to say, I really wanted to like this, but I can't disagree with you. It's all atmosphere and spooky ambience, and hardly any coherent narrative. A shame, because it's clear that the production is top notch.

Watched about the first 4 or 5 episodes I think. But no, I didn't finish.
