Extra Details: Could I ask that the season 03 list please be confirmed by one of the tmdb moderators.
From what I can tell checking a number of resources I believe the list should be 6 episodes and not 12. Outside of tvdb and imdb I have checked

which both list 6 in that season. Season 02 has multi part episodes but I'm not sure Season 03 does from the investigation I have done so it would be great if it could be checked.

According to an archived version of the show's website, Season 3 is just 6 episodes but they're double the length, making them, in theory, 2 episodes. I think that's why 6 extra episodes were added. I removed them and locked the season so it should be good now.
