La storia è ambientata in un mondo in cui molte persone si sono ritrovate ad avere dei superpoteri, in seguito a un evento chiamato "The Reflection". Come si può ben immaginare, alcune di queste persone usano i poteri esclusivamente per i propri interessi e quindi per azioni malvagie, mentre altre li usano a fin di bene.
