La storia ha come protagonista il tredicenne Tomoya Mizuhara che, dopo che il padre si risposa, finisce per avere una nuova sorella (sorellastra...) diciassettenne di nome Ichika, figlia della nuova moglie del padre. Ichika si affeziona subito al nuovo fratellino ma in un modo un po' invadente se non pauroso. In più attorno alla "sorellona" ruotano le sue amiche Ruri, una sadica da competizione, e Marina, una maggiorata sanguemisto.

Historia toczy się wokół Tomoyi Mizuhary, 13-letniego chłopca, który nagle zyskuje starszą siostrę, gdy jego ojciec ponownie wychodzi za mąż. 17-letnia Ichika jest trochę dziwna, a jej przywiązanie do Tomoyi jest raczej przytłaczające, jeśli nie przerażające. Ponadto Ruri, przyjaciółka Ichiki, jest sadystką.

A história desenrola-se à volta de Tomoya, um garoto de 13 anos que ganha uma irmã mais velha quando o seu pai se casa novamente. Ichika de 17 anos, ela é um pouco estranha, e o seu afeto por Tomoya é um pouco avassalador, se não assustador. Para complicar ainda mais as coisas Ichika tem no grupo de amigos Ruri, que é sadista, e Marina, uma garota de seios enormes.

La historia gira en torno a Tomoya Mizuhara, un chico de 13 años cuyo padre vuelve a casarse y que con ello gana una nueva hermana mayor. Ichika tiene 17 años y es un poco rarita, y su amor por Tomoya es un tanto exagerado por no decir terrorífico.
