Yep - it was definitely set up to end that ep making us wonder if they faked his death, but alas it was a figment of her imagination (or maybe a ghost). In either case, I'm good as long as we keep seein a butt naked Roller occasionally :)
Maybe, he survived the fire, because he was in a fire-retardant bag or something. Of course, the bullet grazed him. I watch too much TV, so I am the expert.
