So I was really meh about this show, but s2, especially the last episode got me really existed for s3. What a twist with the asteroid. I say no more 😎.

Yeah, it was unexpected, but is it headed down a very well-traveled science fiction road? Still waiting for word on S3. Of course, it could be picked up by another platform if CBS passes or maybe move to CBS All-Access. Only time will tell. BTW, did I miss a resolution of what happened to the story line involving the theft of the Salvation spacecraft known as the Ark? Seems like they would have needed to launch well in advance of the asteroid strike.

Probably. The only thing i'm happy about is that the spaceship or whatever that thing was looks nothing like we used to seeing in the movies.
I was wondering about that as well. Looks like they took off in the Ark before anyone could stop them.

I was logging in the last episode of "Manifest" at TV Maze when I saw that "Salvation" has been cancelled. (And the broadcast TV networks wonder why they've been losing viewers over the years.) Oh well, like the last season ender of "Dark Matter," things were about to go in a sharply new direction, then the so-called "syfy" network pulled the plug. (May the "teenage mutant tv programmers" who made this decision be gobbled up by their idiotic "sharknado franchise.") For now, NatGeo's "Mars" Faction series will have to do, as the miners have discovered WATER!
