The pilot wasn't even that great but I'll watch the next couple of episodes. Political? All i saw was, hey looks like we're all gonna die, let's put our heads together and fix this, like they did in one of those scifi action movies they released in the 80's and 90's.
It's so tiring, some people see agendas in everything these days.
