Miniseries were allowed in the movie section when the site only had a movie section; that exception will be expiring soon and we will be removing the miniseries in the movie section, sometime in the future. This one has been added to the long list we have to keep track of them.

Thanks for the update and info. Quick followup question: will the duplicates be combined (like this one)? Specifically, will discussion board entries somehow be migrated before duplicates are deleted? That's primarily why I am here at TMDB, and the thought of any discussion board content being lost in deletions due to duplication is discouraging to me....

Yes, the plan is to combine the entries to avoid as much data and user data loss as possible.
