Do you think they'll ever pay for their crimes?

Sheila killed a man in her backyard and none of her neighbors noticed. They didn't hear the screaming or see anything from their second floor window.

Sheila attacked a man in the middle of the street. Yeah, it was the middle of the night and it was a side street but still someone or something should have seen it.

Their front door was destroyed and it wasn't addressed nor did the neighbors ask about it.

Finally, the neighbor they killed doesn't bother me since it's already been shown that the neighbors don't notice each other in the backyard and him taking off because he was corrupt sounds plausible.
