I'm not completely caught up but it just looks like another glossy network drama, even if it is launching on CBS All Access.

According to the official website, episode 1 was rated "TV-MA L, S, V" and episode 2 "TV-MA L". I'm not entirely sure what's allowed on network or not, but those scenes come to my mind while watching episode 1:
I guess those scenes are probably not okay for a younger audience on network tv. On the other hand, creators Michelle King and Robert King and the main cast talked about how difficult it is to decide what might be allowed and what not here:

This topic starts at around 5 minutes into the clip. Listening to this, the main difference seems to be the swearing - you can't do this on proper CBS. That's mainly why the show is rated "TV-MA".
