Usually when you see her in a photo - like the one for this show - she's always standing with her legs crossed. I think when she was on the Time magazine cover she did the same thing. I'm assuming it's to make her hips seem more pronounced like a genetic woman but they seem that way anyway without her standing in that position.

More to the point, I think, does that guy who started hitting on it in the recent couple previously-unaired episodes, not realize that it's really a man, on the show as well as in real life?

I also noticed that, while it might be possible to be at least temporarily fooled while looking straight on, in the side/profile views "she" always looks like a man wearing a wig.
