Official sources for episode numbering (https://vod.ntv.co.jp/program/kiminitodoke2/ - https://www.production-ig.co.jp/works/kimini-todoke-second/) use the number 0 for the recap of the first season, and episode 0 should not be used as first episode of a season (https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/tv/59f743289251416e71000037), so it was considered a Special (properly set in Season 0).

Episode 0 should indeed be in the Special. There was however a small issue with your edits: The new data you added did not match the previously added French data.
The episode you reported is the last episode of the season 大事な人/Important Person/Une personne importante. I removed the first episode (Episode 0) instead.
