Creyendo que desalojaban a un hombre sin hogar durante un patrullaje por ciudad Gótica, Batman interviene para ayudar a un misterioso hombre en el cual, se encuentra en una misión para salvar a Shazam, por parte del villano conocido como Black Ádam, cuando este libera a unos seres mágicos llamados Jinn, luego de que este sea liberado de su encarcelamiento en la Roca de la Eternidad.

Superman, Wonder Woman, y el Martian Manhunter tratan de detener a un Djinn conocido como Calythos, que ha poseído a Parásite, al que le roba sus poderes, y planea utilizarlo junto con Scimitar para crear un volcán sobre Metropolis.

Trabajando con Flecha Verde, Batman persigue a un Djinn llamado Uthool. Cuando Uthool desaparece de repente, resulta que Uthool ha poseído a Batman, venciend a Booster Gold, Wonder Woman, y Cyborg, como parte de su plan para llegar al Salón de la Justicia el sitio donde se encuentra el punto de entradapara llegar al manto de la Tierra, donde obntendrá la temperatura necesaria para absorber la energía de la Tierra. Con Uthool poseyendo a Batman, éste trata de combair su posesión, mientras que Superman termina luchando contra Uthool con el fin de sacar al ser mágico de Batman.

Superman, Batman, y la Mujer Maravilla y persiguen a los restantes Djinn conocidos como Abnegazar, Rath y Nyorlath que planean liberar a Calythos. Estos a su vez drenaron los poderes de Superman y la Mujer Maravilla cuando estos mencionaban su propios nombres. John Constantine llega para ayudarlos junto con Flecha Verde, Plastic Man, y la Swamp Thing también llegan a detener a los tres Djinn. posteriormente, BlackÁdam se libera de su prisión terrenal para combatir al héroe Batman mientras que en ese momento llega Shazam ve como la Liga de la Justicia combaten a Black Ádam y a los restantes Djinn.

Un equipo se une a Superman formado por el Space Cabbie y Hawkman para proteger al villano Mr. Mind del cazarrecompensas intergaláctico conocido como Lobo y encerrar en prisión a Mr. Mind.

Con la mayor parte de la Liga de la Justicia en una misión, Firestorm es el único que se queda deteniendo el ataque de una familia de robots llamados La Familia Nuclear cuando estos intentan atacar una planta de energía nuclear.

Un equipos conformado por Batman, John Constantine, Zatanna, y la Cosa del Pantano, se enfrentan a un Solomon Grundy que trata de criar a un ejército de Zombies utilizando una poderosa gema mágica que también le permitirá transformar a cualquier persona en zombies.

La Mujer Maravilla y Superman tienen que rescatar al Joker de Mongul. Mientras tanto, Batman y Flash tratan de detener una bomba de gas de la risa masiva que el Joker había escondido ciudad Gótica.

Batman y Blue Beetle viajan en el tiempo al pasado para poder atrapar al villano Cronos que intenta eliminar a Batman en su primera noche en Ciudad Gótica, donde se enfrenta al mafioso Carmine Falcone y sus hombres.

Después de una misión de Batman y Big Barda cuando luchan contra los Parademons, Superman es transportado a un planeta que orbita alrededor de un sol rojo donde fue conquistado por Steppenwolf. Esto es parte del plan que tiene Steppenwolf para poder matar a Superman y convertirse en una leyenda. Ahora, como sus poderes se agotan lentamente, Superman debe derrotar a Steppenwolf y volver a la Tierra. Mientras tanto, Batman y Big Barda llegan a la fortaleza de Darkseid en Apokolips con el fin de encontrar información sobre el paradero de Superman y llegar a rescatarlo.

Cuando el satélite de la Liga de la Justicia, la Atalaya, es invadida por el El Juguetero y su ejército de.... juguetes, Cyborg, la Mujer Maravilla, Superman, y Batman, se convierten en jugadores incidentales en una retorcida versión de un videojuego de lucha, Cyborg tendrá que utilizar toda sus habilidades de los videojuegos para salir de ésta.

Superman ha sido infectado por un ser robotizado llamado "Repulse", revelando que fue construido por Lex Luthor, y ahora se ha convertido en el nuevo Repulse. A medida que Mujer Maravilla y Hawkman tratan de encontrar una manera de salvarlo, Superman debe quitarse la tecnología de los nanobots de su cuerpo el uso de una tecnología que utiliza la tecnología de un agujero negro que antes detuvo de un accidente anterior.

Después de derrotar a Harley Quinn, Batman y Zatanna sostienen un encuentro con Hermano de la Noche que utilizó su magia negra para controlar el Batimóvil y secuestrar a la hecicera homo magi Zatanna. Con la ayuda de Etrigan el Demonio, Batman debe salvarla, detener el Batimóvil, y la derrotar al Hermano de la noche.

El villano Felix Faust roba el sombrero de Zatanna, con el fin de liberar a un poderoso demonio y poder obtener de vuelta su eterna juventud. Mientras tanto, Batman y Etrigan se enfrentan contra el demonio, mientras que Zatanna utiliza su arsenal de trucos mágicos para conseguir que su sombrero regrese de manos de Felix Faust.

Lex Luthor y la hechicera Circe invaden Isla Themyscira, hogar de las guerreras Amazonas y de Wonder Woman, para poder obtener un personal que les lleve a Fallen Realm y obtener un artefacto de los dioses olímpicos griegos.
