Hi! The four "missing" episodes were straight-to-DVD releases. That's why they are in the Specials. You can find our TV and anime guidelines in the Contribution Bible.

This still looks very confusing. The four episodes listed in specials have titles that are also listed in season 1, resulting in duplicates in the Intended Order of "Seeking Refuge"/"Seeking a Haven", "Death Sentence! The Fallen Palm", "The Aura of Hokuto Sokaken" and "A Burning Confrontation".
At the same time, the episodes "The Unforgettable Pain", "A Deep Strong Memory", "A Banquet and a Gunshot" and "To a Better Tomorrow" are not listed anywhere.

As you can see, a contributor vandalized the English translations of episodes 16-22. Easy fix.
