Discuss 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?

In the season four premiere, Ashley and Jay, Chantel and Pedro, Colt and Larissa, Elizabeth and Andrei, Nicole and Azan, and Russ and Paola all welcomed cameras back in their lives to document their happy or unhappiness. What's going on with them? If you follow news, you know some have split, some have welcomed children and some remain in limbo.

In the meantime, carry on. . .

What do you think of Nicole's purple hair? It looks healthier for some reason. Not sure its the best color for her, but it doesn't look as damaged as the blonde. So Grandpa Nicole has joined in the chorus of Azan bashers and she still won't listen to reason. I'm not sure how real that text was. I just can't shake the feeling that she and Azan are conning us with this relationship.

I feel the same about the family Chantel and family Pedro drama. They are all so vile. Mama Pedro gonna beat everybody up, rotfl. I can barely stand to look at Sister Braces. Family Chantel are at least entertaining.

Andway and Coltee, what a couple of pu--ys, as Larissa pointed out. Coltee loves that the two women are fighting for his attention. Debbie seems to be the nightmare MIL from hell. Touch her stuff, boy all hell breaks loose. Then you have she-demon Larissa, bent on wreaking as much havoc as possible. Too bad they are divorcing, I wouldn't mind seeing another season.

Andway, man oh man. I'm pretty sure that every woman watching those scenes would have liked to go through the TV and hand his ass to him. How dare he talk to his FIL like that, especially one that is trying to help his pregnant daughter and husband with no job and no plan.

Ashley and Jay, zzzzzzzz

Pao and Russ, all the best for them and their son, but zzzzzzzz.

I'm still loving the Pillow Talk edition.

I really like her purple hair. It's a better suited color for her than blond, but she seriously needs to learn to touch up the roots. Sorry, but two-tone hair is not pretty. As to conning, I don't know about her, but we all know/suspect that he's doing the con. I really honestly think she IS that stupid that she has convinced herself that she loves him and that he loves her.

"Sister Braces," lol. Funny. I hate that bitch. She is ALWAYS the one starting the crap, and then ALWAYS the one who tries to play the victim to get her brother to take her side. "Oh, I'm so innocent. Look Pedro! She has no respect for us!" B*tch! Neither of you have EARNED respect! I'm surprised but glad that he FINALLY put his wife first and left with her. MAYBE he's starting to see that his family is not being totally honest with him in their behavior toward her? They keep saying they expect an apology from Chantel, but they're the ones who need to apologize to her. I mean really, do you ever see the look on the sister's face when she has convinced Pedro that it's Chantel who is the problem and not her or her mother? It's like, "YES! I got him again!" And I'm glad that Chantel was diplomatic enough to say, "OK, yes, my family screwed up, but you and your little daughter aren't innocent either, so man up and admit it!" OK, she didn't exactly use all those words, but that was the gist of what she did say. And I'm sorry, but real friends would support his marriage no matter their personal feelings about the spouse. Real friends wouldn't encourage him to take his ring off and flirt with someone who had and apparently still has a crush on him!

Oh, I wanted to slap the sh!t out of Andrei when he grabbed the phone out of her hand. He has no respect for her or her family. He talks about being the big man, etc., but he doesn't step up to the plate. He's just a big bully. He hates her sisters because they're strong women who won't take a back seat to a man, and obviously he's not used to that. Obviously he's used to women from his home country who are subservient and obedient. And for a while he got Elizabeth to play that role, but she's done with that. The pregnancy seems to have woken her up because she's realizing SOMEBODY needs to take responsibility and earn some money so that they're not homeless after the baby is born.

Ashley annoys me more than Jay does. I'm not excusing the things he's done, but he's 20 to her 30-something and so I can forgive him because his brain has not fully developed yet, so he really is still a child and is still learning. She's an adult. She should know better, and should have known more what she was getting into with him. I kind of liken her to Molly and Luiz. The difference is, Jay is really trying (or seems to be) whereas Luiz never wanted to be a stepdad. He just wanted Molly's money and lifestyle. He never really thought about the kids. I think Jay may have thought about the kids but really cares about Ashley and wanted to make things work but is too young still. So he's making the effort at least and admits his mistakes and tries to make amends. But Ashley has no patience and so snaps at him all the time, so there's always a communication breakdown. Oh and yeah, Jay is very easy to understand. It's Larissa who needs the captions, and sometimes they do use them but not enough.

As for Pao and Russ, at one time, yes, Pao was model attractive, but now she's not, and it's not the pregnancy. It's something else, and I can't put my finger on it.

Colt/Debbie and Larissa. sigh I'm not even sure where to start. That is just disaster central. The home is Debbie's, not Colt's, so Larissa pulling all her crap is nonsense. If someone is going to leave, it should be her and Colt, not Debbie. And because it's her home, it should be her rules, and Larissa should like it or lump it and leave. But she thinks she can be a holy terror and get her way. At the same time, something is NOT right in Colt's and Debbie's relationship. Debbie is used to having Colt all to herself and having him dote on her. Him bringing Larissa home is a problem because Larissa wants (and rightly so) to be the center of his attention but Debbie is always getting in the way. So Larissa is fighting back any way she can find and that means getting rid of Debbie's stuff and replacing it with her own. But at the same time, a lot of Larissa's comments bother me. The using sex to get the things she wants, etc. And then complaining about Colt's lack of experience in the bedroom and him wanting it all the time. If she was smart, she'd try and teach him how to please her so he could get better at it. Instead, she just complains about him.

I don't watch the Pillow Talk thing, but I've always adored Annie. She's very funny. I often feel bad for her because I think she knew what she was getting into with David but for whatever reason needed the chance to come to America. They're using each other. He wants a young, sexy wife, and she wants to be here. But I do also think that she wants to make things work between them; she just wants him to be more responsible and put forth real effort to work and get a good job. So I think with time, if he can somehow manage to get his act together, they could be good together. Weird as it sounds, young as she is, she's the adult in that relationship.

Am I the only one still watching this one? Is what's going on with this new friend of Chantel's more fake drama or is this for real? Because it makes sense. Thing is, I think he knew his mother and sister were trying to get him to marry an American. What I don't think any of them intended was for him to really fall in love with her, including himself. It explains why he's still loyal to them over her, and why he still sends them money like clockwork. He feels obligated to them and probably always will.

Sad.

I was so bored with Colt and Larissa this week. I want her to be deported now. That smirk on her face while Colt was trying to talk to her pissed me off. I wanted to slap it off of her.

Jay and Ashley. I don't have a lot of sympathy for her. She should have known what she was getting. He looked up to his dad who sleeps around and wants to be like him while claiming he didn't. She's getting what she deserves. The only smart thing she did was to not file his paperwork to get him a change of status. This is what Danielle should have done. Then she maybe COULD have followed through on her "threats" to Mohammad of getting him deported.

Pao and Russ. BLECH! Sorry, I'm so not into children, so the whole birthing scene made me want to vomit.

Does Andrei ever look in a mirror? Because he should with all the things he says. He seems to always be talking about himself. And if he wouldn't take attitude with everybody and be such a hothead, there wouldn't be any drama. Even his father pretty much said that. But boy does he like to play the victim, doesn't he? I hope his father takes him aside and has some words with him to set him straight, especially if Andrei is disrespectful to Elizabeth's dad and sisters the way he usually is.

You know, I did NOT miss Nicole at all this week.

Still watching, but behind on commentary. With 2 versions of 90 Day and also Love After Lock Up to cover, well, a girl only has so much time. grinning

Chantel's friend's opinion is exactly that, an opinion. I lean on the side of fake for most of the Family Chantel and Family Pedro drama. They are getting their own spinoff show, so have to keep the storylines going so the paychecks keep coming in.

You are right, hard to have sympathy for Ashley. I'm not sure that he will be deported. Once they are here that seems to be difficult.

I did not miss Nicole and I would not miss Russ and Pao if they went away.

The only story really worth watching imo is Colt and Larissa. They both have so many issues that I can't really hate either of them and I find them entertaining. He is so delusional, picked a wife based purely on physical attraction, never mid that he knew she had major issues with anxiety and depression. But she does have that Brazilian ass, to quote Coltee. I think he is on the spectrum so would need a patient, good head on her shoulders spouse. That is definitely not Larissa.

She is turning out to be nothing more than a garden variety wanna be reality TV fame whore. Already addicted to plastic surgery, major anger and self control issues. That said, she as been clear with Coltee about what she wants for the marriage to work, namely thier own place so that she can be the woman of the house. I don't think that is unreasonable.

I have enjoyed this train wreck but maybe that says more about me than about them, joy

I don't know if Pedro is in love with Chantal. He may deeply like her but I'm having doubts even with that.

Bored? You trying going to jail twice in one year. You didn't at least appreciate how Larissa said Coltee was a cheapee man. He don't wanna spend no money.

grin

Yeh, where is her moped driving friend to ride by and tell Ash that she told her so?

His father will not be able to pull him aside due to the language barriers, and we all know how Andre will spin it.

Ash didn't file papers for Jay, so it will be easy.

However. . .

Jay has a mother who lives in the US, and she could sponsor him. We already know Jay and Ash must have reconciled at one point, because he was at her bedside when she had the Lupus flareup.

I did not miss Nicole and I would not miss Russ and Pao if they went away.

Me either but I do need a dose of Nicole. She's not stale news like Russ and Pao. However, I see TLC is digging deep to keep Russ and Pao fresh by phoning up Pao's BF, who hates Russ.

So Andrei does it again!

He manages to escape work like a looter in a riot. Apparently, he is the president of a real estate and property management company and Liz is the VP.

Something tells me it's more of the same. Liz will be the one working for this company, because that is what she does for her dad. Andrei will babysit his own kid.

End of story.

I completely agree about Russ and Pao. Bringing back Juan in a desperate attempt to rescue this moribund storyline. Next.

Nic and Azan couldn't even fake the lines this week. Both smirking the entire time.

Andrei us a big imposing guy with a gruff voice and blunt communication style. He does listen to Libby though. Every time she tells him to shut up or stop talking he does so.

It looks like the Family Chantel spinoff starts soon. I think I will pass. TLC seems to think they have the new Kardashians on their hands.

Jay thinks he can just find another American to marry to stay in US. He is probably right but that tells you all you need to know about his priorities.

Finally, best for last. I believe Larissa about Coltee selling her out to the police. Now that Debbie wants this to end, we know that it will. That allows Coltee to play the victim.

Hmmm... one would think, but apparently, Ash can't get enough of him. She was nearly arrested for throwing a fire extinguisher through his window, but she did get charged.

End of story.

I must have missed this in this past week's episode. I don't remember anybody saying anything about this. Just them getting together with her family so they could meet Andrei's dad and Andrei getting jealous and butt hurt because they didn't do anything like this to welcome him into the family. Well, sorry dearie, but if you weren't such an ass all the time, and treated her family with some form of respect instead of fighting with them straight from the beginning and trying to initiate control over Elizabeth from day one, they would have welcomed you into the family. But you instead chose to alienate them, and be disrespectful ALL THE TIME, so why should they do anything to welcome you? Your dad showed respect and has no problem getting along with them and even told you to stop the drama, etc. and told you you're a hothead!

Yeah, Ashley didn't file the paperwork so it shouldn't be a problem getting him deported back. And boy does he have an ego! He's JUST like his dad!

OMG, I know you all like the Colt/Larissa storyline, but I just couldn't take it anymore and I fast forwarded through all their scenes. I have more fun watching Chantel and Pedro. And I'm glad Obed told Nicole off and even Pedro's friends came down on him and nearly told Nicole to stay the hell out of it. You all may be right, I don't know. Maybe he doesn't love her. If that's the case, they should get divorced. He's got his green card. There's really nothing for him to lose. Then he can go marry that little tramp who has a crush on him. And I love how he had the audacity to ask why Chantel took her ring off. Um, he took his off to dance with that tramp...

OK, I was wondering what was up with Nicole and Azan because I noticed the smirk on his face too and kept trying to figure it out. I'm sorry, but I still don't believe he loves her at all. I do think he cares about May (I think I've said this before). But I don't think Nicole is a very good mother, and I STILL think her mother should file for guardianship of May.

It wasn't mentioned on the show. It's on their social media.

No. one. does. unless you count Nicole, who is the only person on the planet who thinks Azan is in love with her.

When is Roos going to grow half a nut and finally tell Paola no to anything? He'll sneak around behind closed doors so his mother can hold the baby? WtactualF? I've not been a Pao hater in the past, but Jeezuz woman, your son's grandmother can do your housework but not hold your baby? No wonder his parents can't stand her.

Colt and Larissa, just wow. Neither has any business being married to anyone. They do not have the maturity or relationship skills. She is a diva drama queen wanna be Kim K who has a hair trigger and lacks any modicum of respect for others. Coltee's conflict management skills consist of call the cops, down a fifth in 5, run away and let Debbie deal with it. Like most of the rest of his life.

Welcome to the world little Eleanor Castravet. That's all I have to say about them.

Pedro and Chantel need Mama Chantel's zingers to keep their story line interesting. How many times have we heard the scene intro begin, "Tonight I have agreed to meet up with Pedro's family." Queue bitchfest. It is literally the same thing over and over.

I hope Ashley gets help. She obviously has serious issues and should stay away from men for a while. Men and boys, I guess. Jay, bye, don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out of the country.

So true!

True again -- hey, Coltee has a new gf by the way.

Welcome to the world little Eleanor Castravet. That's all I have to say about them.

So glad, Liz called for her mother duing her delivery. I'm not all about the family affair in the delivery room either, but if that is what she is used to doing. . . so be it.

Pedro and Chantel need Mama Chantel's zingers to keep their story line interesting. How many times have we heard the scene intro begin, "Tonight I have agreed to meet up with Pedro's family." Queue bitchfest. It is literally the same thing over and over.

I agree.

Hmmm... I don't know how I feel about Ash. She is just like Coltee for calling the cops. Oh, he's standing outside my door, Mr. Officer Man.

Nope.

He was standing in the street, Ho.

This Ash they are portraying on TV does not mesh with the real life Ash. So after all of this protesting (for the TV, I assume) she still was seeing Jay for booty calls. Something, she could have done in Jamaica. No need to bring him to the US unless she wanted sex on tap, which she could have received in America, again no need to transport Jay.

Then, she flips out for crazy reasons and throws fire extinguishers through his window. Now, that ICE has him, maybe, she can get him out of her system.

I see that TLC is airing an hour preview of next episode tomorrow night.

Yes, Ash and Jay were still getting it on, and that is why she threw the fire extinguisher through his window. She was mad that there were people over at Jay's place.
