Season 2

Any thoughts on what happens in season 2?
Two ideas:
Season 2 picks up where season 1 ended. Everyone goes out for drinks, except Dory and Drew who cite working on their relationship as the reason they're staying behind. They attempt to clean up the mess. By the end of the season, Portia is told about what happened in Montreal. I don't know if it's better for them to get away with it and live with the guilt or for them to eventually get their comeuppance.
OR
Season 2 picks up months after the trip to Montreal. Dory and Drew aren't together, they all hang out with Chantal, and Elliott's book deal is giving him some buzz. Portia gives up acting to become Elliott's publicist, and Dory who's been a wreck since Montreal decides to turn herself in and "disappears".

[SPOILERS...] Is Ron Livingston/Keith dead?? He can't be dead! He needs to be alive and willing to not press criminal charges! Otherwise it would change the whole tone of the series, less Nancy Drew and more Hitchcock's "Rope"!

That was a lot of blood for him to not be dead. That would be great though if he wasn't dead, but I did enjoy the dark turn the series took.
