This looks like the Organians in a different form: a rose by any other name still smells as sweet! Kol even belongs to the House of Kor, that wonderful commander who stood shoulder to shoulder and told the Organians that they had no right to disarm the weapons on all Federation and Klingon ships; that they believed there would be peace someday in the future, blah, blah, blah.

And, while Spock looked at Kirk in shock at his solidarity with Kor who had just tried to kill the Captain, the Organians replied, "Enough! This is too painful to listen to you with your petty wars that kill and injure so many. You WILL have peace NOW!" (Paraphrasing here, naturally.)

Different names, yet the force to bring them together and all they want is "Peace and Harmony!" Would that be so on Planet Earth right now."
