I don’t think he's possessed, there’s a demon on the island/in the house, but I don’t think he's possessed. I think he’s just missing his wife and the demon is a manifestation of his loneliness.

I had to go back and see all the episodes again to see if the other kids interacted with Grace. No. Only when they were bringing the new girl, but they didn't really talk to her. I knew something was definitely wrong when she called him "daddy". Was Grace's room the same one Verity went into? Is Grace Andy's Captain Howdy?
