Discuss Designated Survivor

I suppose it's because I'm British and we don't don't do all that hand on heart nonsense, but frankly the amount of cringe-worthy patriotic plucking of the heartstrings by the president is nauseating. Have the producers forgotten that the show is for a global audience and that most of us already know that the US is portrayed quite sufficiently on TV and film as gung-ho, God Save America and America is The Greatest Country in The World b/s? Please, pack it in!

That's no bad thing then. The whole show became cringeworthy.

Might want to go see a psychiatrist for that nonsense

Allāhu akbar...there I hope you feel better.

It's still an American produced show about America first. Doesn't matter if the whole world watch. If it's too cringeworthy then don't watch. Watch a show produced from your country about your government and see how well it does.
