Do you mean the last episode? I don't recall a dogwalker in episode 9

Yes, Episode 9, Signal Loss. The mom is saved near the end. They cut to the present and show Rainey walking slowly through her house and joins her own engagement party. They cut to outside and show a hooded figure in the dark, slowly walking a golden retriever. He turns and faces the camera...they do a closeup...but with the hood, I just can't place who it is. I'm assuming it's the Nightengale? It's definitely not her dad, who I didn't see at the engagement party.
