So it appears that Tony is already out of jail and working for the government. I like that idea. A redemption arc here may not have worked so late. He already seems to be working undercover and may have already been redeemed. I like this idea.
Hopefully they wont kill him off.

That moment when you have no hope of any past character's return and suddenly Tony Almeida shows up.... Took me by surprise,,, I am gonna be looking forward to seeing him from now... I hope this is not just a guest appearance for single episode... It seems Tony and Rebecca shared a history together....
