Discuss United Shades of America

This show actually grew on me. Kamau is moderately funny at times but you can tell that he is very caring. I enjoyed the episode where he spoke with the Natives. I always feel their pain when I hear them talk.

I saw that ep you're referring to. A pretty Native woman asked something like, can you imagine a sports team called the Asians? It shows how the powerful have been able to disrespect Natives with determination and impunity.

I'm sure there's pain there for the Natives, but at the same time, they're great. They have resisted American colonization for CENTURIES and continue to do so.

Perfectly stated!
