This should be good. I remember how many people didn't like him on the IMDb board and he eventually started deleting people and comments off of his Facebook page. They were letting him know exactly what they thought when he set up a GoFundMe page wanting people to pay for his wedding and a down payment on a house. I'm not sure why he was singled out for the hate because nearly all the patients do that. They always start out by saying, "I hate doing this. I really hate asking for money." You then wonder why are they doing it if they hate it so much.

I didn't think they hardly paid them anything. I was wondering where did he get his money to live all of the time when he wasn't working. He said he would sometimes live with Sarah and her mother in Iowa, then sometimes he would live in Tennessee with his family. Travelling back and forth would be expensive. I can't believe they raised that much money from their GoFundMe page.

Do you know how much they received from the gofundme? I do remember the hate he received on the IMDB page. I don't know, I like the guy. He is a positive person and seems very loving/caring.
I enjoyed his update.

I still can't believe Sarah's mother allowed him to move in when he didn't have a job. Then on the show he was complaining about her interfering with their wedding plans when she was probably paying for most of it. If I was Sarah's mom I would've kicked his fat, effeminate butt to the curb.

Tell us what you really think .. I never thought about it that way. Hopefully he will get a job and start pulling his weight.
I watched the Supersize episode to see if he might have been born a female..hahaha

Ha! At least he's got a job now. As for TLC -- I wonder if the form of payment is their surgery and being put up in an apartment in Houston? And maybe their follow-up skin removal surgery. Maybe they don't really get any cash from being on the show.

Is anyone still watching this show? I didn't watch the first few episodes but I watched the one last night with L.B. I only tuned into his because he has been posting on Facebook groups so I was interested in seeing it. I did wonder how he got approved because his family seemed to have money to pay for the surgery without going through the show. He also said he's never been on disability benefits like many of the others. I'm sure a lot has to do with him being an amputee that got him on the show because there were others who were ranting on YouTube that they applied as they're unable to pay for the surgery and their application was denied despite them saying they were worse off than many of the patients who got on My 600 lb Life.

So sad but I heard L.B. James Bonner committed suicide on August the 3rd (I think it was). R.I.P.
