Can we get the Director's Cut as an episode group?

There is no episode group. Also I don't think grouping would work as the tittles are messed up, like ep 1 DC is title of ep 1 original but after that it doesn't follow.
There is also Episode EX between the 6 and the 7 according to this: https://www.crunchyroll.com/rezero-starting-life-in-another-world- (Click director's cut)
Can someone jump in and help as I'm not very familiar with TMDB system.

Episodes groups can only be used to reorganize existing episodes in a different order. So they're usually not helpful with director's cut/alternative versions.

Unfortunately, TMDb does no allow duplicates and there's currently no support for alternative versions.
