In preparation for the provisional license exam, UA's 10th grade students are participating in a simulated rescue, but the rescue has gone wrong and the students are now trapped in an underground shopping mall. As if the situation wasn't complicated enough, water starts seeping through the walls. The students have to get out of here as soon as possible. That said, Bakugo still takes the mission very seriously and refuses to go out without finding and evacuating the rescue dummy. The water is rising dangerously. After the Quirkless Izuku Midoriya meets All Might, he becomes the successor to All Might's Quirk, One For All, which means he must eventually go up against All For One and Tomura Shigaraki.

All Might's last fight against All For One set off a series of events leading to his retirement as a hero, but he continues to fight, even as the embers of One For All within him die out.

Ochaco and the Todoroki family think back about why they are fighting and reconfirm their convictions as they continue to face off against the villains.
