Was Risa the vacation planet on the TOS?

I always thought the vacation planet Risa was the planet from TOS in "shore leave" but they never said the planets name. Is it?

Nope it wasn't on the planet of Shore Leave it was possible to project any thoughts or memories into matter,Risa on the other hand is more like a Caribbean all inclusive Holiday resort planet.That planet returns in the TAS "Once Upon A Planet"
