I barely got through last season, it had a fair amount of ridiculousness to it. So I was a bit unsure about watching another season.

I was happy to see that the first episode was fairly interesting, believable, and twisty. It was like they replaced all the writers and decided to try harder. I'm hoping that this bodes well for the rest of the season.

Maybe they're trying harder because Criminal Minds is going down hill...

I think I'm finally done with Criminal Minds. I just haven't been able to handle the way this season is going. I haven't watched the last few episodes.

I haven't watched this season at all. Hotch is gone, so for me there's no point as he was my favourite character. Sounds like i haven't missed much anyway.

You haven't missed anything. I was tempted to stop after what happened with Thomas Gibson, which was just another in a long list of crappy decisions. But I was curious how it was going to be handled. I'm not sad to miss the rest.

I read they didn't kill him off, which I'm glad about after being such an integral character for 11 yrs. Now I'm just hoping Thomas will find another good series.
