Extra Details: No director or writer showing, but when I try to add them it says that they are already filled in.

I just tried to add the director myself and I'm getting the same error. I'll have to mention this to Travis.

This is a small bug I have seen a few times. It can happen for cast as well. The quick fix is to add a new credit and the hidden ones will appear again.

Thanks! I might change the writer to Mike Moore when I get home and can check the credits - that's who I was trying to add as he seems to be the episode writer. Sera Gamble gets credited on each episode; I'm assuming that in her producer role she gets to tweak scripts. Or should we be adding all the many "writers" each episode of most US shows have?
