This season is really a nice surprise. It's significantly better than S1 and 2.
Does the plot still follow the same pattern? There is a huge build-up of a conflict and then the conflict is solved in the simplest way. You'll think "wow, this is getting good. What will happen next?"
Only to be disappointed. And this happens in every episode. That's a huge reason why I quit watching this show. I'd rather just read the plot summary rather than wasting my time watching an entire episode.
Well, there are conflicts, build ups and solutions. I don't think you can escape that with this type of show but they're different. There is something about this season that just really sets it apart from the first 2, the writing is significantly better, the pacing is much better and the story is far more satisfying .
Watch the premier, if you like it, know that this episode is as strong as the premier. If you don't like it, then you've wasted 40 mins of your life.

I can't watch the premier because I'm so far behind from skipping the second half of season two. I left off at the part where Nick negotiated for Oxcotin to help that sick person at that safe zone in Tijuana.

Yeah, you've got a way to go then. S2 ends on a pretty good note though. Worth it to get to S3 imo.

But I'm not going to go back to season two. I wanna know what happens in this season. Just tell me how season two ended.
