If you put daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, and Iron Fist in a room to fight each other...

....I would bet $100 that daredevil would win. And this is based on the Netflix series . Iron Fist would lose like in 15 seconds because all you have to do is tease him and then punch him over the head with some brass knuckles.

Luke Cage would be the safe bet, assuming no one has a shotgun pressed against his head.

Jessica already knows Cage's weakness, so it wouldn't be much of a fight and can probably figure out Daredevil's as well pretty easily (she is observant). The only stand out would be Jessica vs Iron Fist, I'd normally go Iron Fist, but at this time Iron Fist doesn't really know all his powers yet so it could either way.

Depends on the room, if there's enough space Iron Fist would have a shot otherwise it's a clear win for Luke. Daredevil has 0% chance because he simply can't hurt Luke.

Its important to note, that Jessica has already beaten Luke, and there's no way DD could beat her. The only one that has a chance against Jessica is Danny.

Jessica has only beat Luke by using a shotgun, she has no chance against him bare-handed. Only Danny can really hurt Luke with his fists, as the Defenders trailer demonstrated.

That's the thing though, she already knows what it takes to beat him, she just has to find a way to put that knowledge to use. The break down is:
Jessica v Luke - Jessica 100% (eventually)
Jessica v Daredevil - Jessica 100%
Jessica v Iron Fist - ? 50% either way. (Jessica isn't a skilled fighter but she is very strong, so it depends if Danny underestimates her to allow Jessica a lucky shot)
Daredevil v Luke - Luke 90% (Unless Daredevil figures out his weakness, but likely he'll go at him before figuring it out and lose)
Daredevil v Iron Fist - Daredevil 80% (Daredevil just needs to avoid his punch, his fighting style can beat him in every other way)
Luke v Iron Fist - Iron Fist 100%

Dude that was a shotgun shot from point blank nonetheless, no way would Luke let her put a shotgun like he did in her show when he felt bad for her. Emotions shouldn't be a variable in this fight, otherwise it's not about who's the strongest or most skilled in a fight.
I'd say 9 out of ten, Luke wins 100% against Jessica Jones.

An interesting exercise.
JJ's strength is not enough to keep her alive vs any of the skills the other three bring to the table. She goes down first unless we factor in sucker punching combatants already engaged in combat (which won't happen to DD under any circumstances).
Iron Fist's energy punch is the only thing in the fight that can take out LC. So if Iron Fist takes out LC then DD wins. Otherwise, with Iron F down, LC wins just by being capable of surviving anything they can dish out.
If you translated the comic characters into role playing style character sheets based on their exploits then you would have a very obvious win for Daredevil. Way higher level than the rest and they'll never hit him. Do the same thing but based on the TV characters then Luke wins.
Let the TV execs write it and JJ wins.

Jessica, no doubt. She takes down DD first because well, no match there. She basically just needs one punch. Then she moves on to Danny and infects him with her cynicism so his shield of hope falls. Remember the scene in the market from "Raiders of the Lost Ark"? Yeah she does that. Then there's Luke, well it's no secret they love each other so she charms his pants off and he just surrenders willingly. The End.
