Discuss The Man in the High Castle

Looks like no one's talking about this show anymore. Overall I liked season 4, it has problems, it kind of rushes to its ending as I think it needed at least 1 or 2 more episodes to show us how the new government was going to work, and that last 60 seconds is really silly and makes no sense.

Also Smith's wife was the clear MVP of the season.

Most people stopped watching after the second season.

I just binge watched all 4 seasons and over all, the story was very weak.

Season 2 was the weakest season. The story is actually really interesting, it just took them too long to get to it (traveling to and sabotaging the parallel world) and some of the world building aspects should have been better fleshed out (the communist resistance, the neutral zone, etc)

I actually dug Season 3..the finale of that season SPOILERSSPOILERS**

With the statue of liberty being knocked down

Was EPIC! This season was just OK...I didn't like that they Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (Nobusuke) left the series after season 3...I enjoyed when his character was on-screen and losing him was a biggie for me! And that ending begs more questions then answers.

I agree. I would have preferred that, instead of seeing all those strangers come through the portal, we instead jumped ahead 15-ish years where Smith's eldest daughter is a history teacher explaining to her class how the president had recently negotiated the return of the west coast states to the union, how the Nazis in Europe were overthrown by the citizens after being inspired by the US (similar to the French revolution), and how the Japanese ended up negotiating with the Chinese for peace.

Then the last shot would be of Juliana in New York watching as the Statue of Liberty was being rebuilt.
