In part 4, when RD returns to the scene to find the bags floating, what happens next? The docu sort of trails off at that point and we never learn what the prosecution or defense made of the head bag being cut and RD returning to the scene could have had him easily questioned about the whereabouts of the head. What was his defense on this point? It feels like for some reason this crucial point that could have changed the jury's mind completely is just glossed over? Why?
